For universities, colleges, courses, lectures/seminars, newsletters, internal use and display please include :
• The course reading package.
• A sample of the lecture, seminar, presentation.
• The place of display, distribution, etc.
• Number of copies.
• When and to whom it will be distributed. Name of course/workshop/lecture, etc.
• Cost to attendees. (if any)
• Is it advertiser-supported? Non-profit?

Please also provide a brief description of your organization or publication or supply us with a copy of your publication.
